Under a rocky soil

A stubborn flower

Grew. Aiming for

The sun above,

It raised its head

And stood tall,

And looked strong.

Somewhere deep

underneath the surface,

There in the dark,

Hope was born.

Hope took roots

And lived to tell

A tale of triumph.
